Megan Gole Owner What Moves You

Megan developed a passion for the Gyrokinesis and Gyrotonic Methods when she was living in Montreal as a professional dancer, where she began taking regular sessions with Pascale Leonard, a Master trainer.

Megan established her own studio What Moves You in Calgary to begin instructing the Gyrokinesis and Gyrotonic Methods and share her love for this unique physical training.

It’s been a joy to work with Megan over the last five years. Her passion for gyro is evident in her attentiveness and warm encouragement. I always feel a sense of renewal after a session with Megan.
